SCHOOL ELECTIVES

The Lindsay Gymnastics Centre is 12,000 square feet of fun located behind the Boys and Girls Club of Kawartha Lakes. Gymnastics is a proven base for all other sports and a fun way to build confidence, develop strength, balance and coordination.

The children benefit from circuits that are designed to enhance basic movement, increase confidence and develop spatial awareness.

Our programs have been used for many years by schools within the Trillium Lakelands District School Board to supplement their existing physical education programs.

All of our coaches are nationally certified to teach gymnastics and trampoline.

What to wear?

• comfortable gym clothing ... no jeans or dresses
• bare feet
• no jewelry
